It is normally for a human being to get tired after a long, strenuous day of work.
But if it becoming to constant, then I think you should something about it.
Here are some things that can help.

Alternate hot and cold water in your morning shower. A cold arm shower will give you a kick-start, especially if low blood pressure is causing fatigue.
- Need a siesta after a big meal? Eat smaller, more frequent meals.
- If fatigue is a result of stress, get moving and take a work. Exercises makes you revitalized leaving you healthy and positive.

Snack better. Instead of sweets or fast food, eat a pot of yoghurt or piece of fresh fruit.
- Avoid coffee, cola, champagne and any other caffeine-containing drinks.
